Harris County Homeschool Collective (HC²) was created to provide homeschooling families weekly group enrichment and supplemental classes as well as social events. The collective is open to all homeschooling families. As a collective we are run by homeschool parents. Our desire is to be a diverse group of families that works together to create a supportive community to learn, grow, connect and have fun together!
Two sessions are offered for our group — a Fall session and a Winter/Spring session, each lasting 10 weeks. Our collective goes beyond co-op class sessions. There are a diverse range of activities including field trips, festive parties, special events, and social gatherings offered throughout the year. These gatherings are the perfect opportunity to connect, learn, and create lasting memories with the families in the collective. We can't wait to welcome you!

Chelsea Miles - Collective Coordinator
Hello, my name is Chelsea! I'd like to first welcome you to the collective and thank you so much for your interest. I am a homeschooling mom of four and our family moved to Georgia a year ago. My background is in developing and running children's programs. This is my passion along with teaching dance!
When we began homeschooling, I learned very quickly that having a community of parents and kids helped our homeschooling journey so much. Having a community that you can gain support, learn from, encourage each other and have fun together is beneficial for both parents and children. This is why I decided to start this collective.
Each week our children will have the opportunity to make friendships, learn something new and have fun. As parents we'll get to share our experiences, offer support and get connected. I am so excited to meet everyone and see the beautiful things that come from this group!

Hi there Homeschool Friends! My name is Kristal and I have been homeschooling for the past four years. Before that I was a teacher/administrator/coach and more for 13 years in different schools around the country. My dream for as long as I can remember was to be a mom and homeschool my own kids (I loved being homeschooled until 8th grade as a kid!). I'm thrilled that we have found this homeschool collective and can share my love for teaching and exploring science with other families too. Looking forward to another great session!
